A summary of Sue’s personality type / personal style

Sue is driven and self-motivated and able to relate well to people. Her personality is blue and red with a good dash of green which she has worked hard to develop. Sue is energetic, enthusiastic and meets her delegates where they are. She is keen for everyone to match their potential and goes out of her way to ensure this happens. She is a good listener and likes the path of continual learning.

Sue’s qualifications and training experience

Sue has 20 years in the world of learning and development and loves the art of facilitation. Originally, Sue wanted to become a ballerina, however, with her parents’ guidance she went onto to study. The world of ballet paved the way for a disciplined facilitator with much perseverance.

Sue has worked for and with organisations both locally and internationally.

  • An internationally qualified facilitator with Huthwaite International and holds the African licence for their suite of products
  • Has worked with various levels within organisations in the areas of leadership, sales, communication and Interpersonal skills to mention a few
  • Holds a Diploma in Education and a master Certificate in learning and development.
  • Became a Lumina Practitioner (UK) because she found the whole personality/ behavioural aspect of her work interesting and relevant

Sue has an engaging and participative style – she believes that an individual has the answers within themselves and facilitation allows them to find them. She is client focused and interested in
connecting with each person on a programme

Making a difference in others’ lives; theatre, ballet, reading, cooking and baking and mentoring of women
