John French

A summary of John’s personality type / personal style

John is a true chameleon personality type and is able to dial up talents and strengths in most directions which relate to and resonate with all client ‘types’. John loves variety in his life. He is passionate and his sense of fun and incredible sense of humour make his training sessions particularly memorable. John is magical, fun, charming and diplomatic.

John’s qualifications and training experience

John trained to be a lawyer, a Public Relations officer and Speech & Drama teacher and this has all culminated into his communication career which is now in its 26th year. John’s differentiator is that he has trained solidly during the last 25 years, during which has grown his technique and experience, on top of being a manager, National Training Manager and business owner. His consistent excellent feedback and high-profile clients give testament to the quality and value of the communication-related training offered.

John’s training style

John’s first objective is to ‘chameleonise’ to the personality types and learning styles of the clients he is training. That creates immediate rapport and delegate safety. John’s training is always very outcomes-driven and the route to get there is always, fun, engaging, practical and interactive. John has learnt over the year show to adapt to all levels of learners and is able to create learning programmes that bring out the best in clients.

John’s personal passions

John certainly doesn’t believe in ‘rationing his passion’ and has a wide range of hobbies, responsibilities
and interests. Personal passions include investments, property, travel, lifestyle, décor and meetinginteresting people. A natural ambivert, John also enjoys solitude and reflection time, nature and a
large degree of self-expression.

John’s superpower as a trainer

Through experience, John is quickly able to assess the developmental needs of his
clients and he then creates fun training programmes that achieve the training
outcomes with as much fun, participation and passion as possible. John is able
to balance strategy, fun, participation and learning that takes people safely
beyond their old limiting comfort zones.
