Kelly Najjari

A summary of Kelly’s personality type / personal style

Kelly’s personality type is a blend of Analytical and Amiable with an exciting touch of Expressive. This means that she is focused on producing fine results by setting high standards, not only for herself but in all areas of her work as well. She values the importance of making personal connections with people and ensuring that there is a harmonious and welcoming environment when working in groups.

Kelly’s qualifications and training experience

Kelly spent 13 years working in the international aviation industry with Qatar Airways and Emirates Group. This afforded her the incredible opportunity of travelling the world and gaining a wealth of knowledge in all things customer/people related. Out of that, she spent 2 years as a part-time trainer at the Emirates Aviation College running courses in customer service and cultural awareness. Since moving back to Cape Town in 2020, Kelly has been primarily focused on teaching critical thinking and communication skills to non-native English speakers, as well as expanding my knowledge of human behaviour.

Kelly’s training style

Due to her intrinsic need for peace and harmony, Kelly strongly believes in creating a collaborative and psychologically comfortable environment to enable participants to open up and grow. She strives to maintain active learning by encouraging participant engagement as much as possible. Kelly feels most satisfied when she can inspire people to connect with or maintain bonds with those around them.

Kelly’s personal passions

Kelly’s passion right now is experiencing Cape Town! Since moving back, she has been blessed with the opportunity to ‘re-experience’ this amazing city. She loves spending time camping, hiking and exploring all the hidden gems around Cape Town. You’ll often find her rummaging through the markets and curio shops of Kalk Bay, or loading her family into our camper van for a weekend break in the Cederberg.

Kelly’s superpower as a trainer

  • Her ability to deeply connect with people
  • A passion for empowering people by building up self-confidence and self-awareness
  • Bringing people out of their shells and encouraging them to shine their unique light
