Penny is an intuitive coach who is able to accurately analyse which tools and techniques to bring to the client’s coaching experience. Her primary focus is to ensure that her clients go above and beyond achieving their personal development goals. She builds relationships with ease as her clients feel comfortable being authentic. Penny’s greatest strengths are her multi-level listening skills and her understanding of sound through the voice which keeps the coaching experience explorative and engaging.

  • 17 years’ experience in Leadership Development in the financial services sector
  • National Higher Diploma in Performing Arts
  • Meisner Practitioner (enabling authentic expression)
  • Seta accredited assessor
  • Penny is currently studying Sound Therapy- part-time at the South African Centre for Sound Therapy

Penny’s training style

Penny is not afraid to take risks. She knows how to bring out the best in her clients – to shift them into high-performance, authentic communication. Penny is tenacious and determined. The value her clients receive is very important to the integrity of her work and for her clients to experience the best version of themselves in the process.

Penny’s personal passions

Penny has a passion for philosophy. She is fascinated by the healing power of sound and the science behind it. She loves open water swimming and the congruency of breathing, meditation, and flow.

Penny’s superpower as a trainer

Penny’s superpower is the ability to reveal the things that people hide from themselves.
Through the mastery of working off body language, voice, and micro-expression, the revelations surprise her as equally as they do her clients. It keeps the work exciting for her and her clients. To say “she keeps you on your toes” is an understatement!
